Refunds Policy

SpareRIBs respects your rights under and is compliant with the 'Distance Trading Regulations 2000'.

Please note that under these regulations our service is classed as a 'Customised and Personalised' service and is therefore exempt from the 'seven working day cooling off period'.

Refunds will only be made if there is a fault with our services, in which case the refund will be proportionate to the loss of service.
